SOUS CHEF
N5 Kitchen are looking for a Sous Chef to join our small team. We cater changing daily set menus for breakfast and lunch every day to feed crews on photoshoots feeding up to 200 people a day. This role will work closely with the Head Chef and pastry section to make food for our catering offering, and also for our café counter. It is a fast-paced kitchen with large quantities of prep to complete.
Job role
• Hours are Mon-Fri and days start very early until mid-afternoon.
• Fully paid holidays (25 days per annum)

• Salary £32,000-£33,000 per annum
• You will understand the importance of food hygiene regulations and will ensure that all food items are handled, cooked and served to company specification in accordance with the Food Safety manual, HACCP and EHO directives.
